Condition guidelines

We encourage a careful at‑home try‑on. Please avoid removing protective films until you decide to keep your eyewear. Returns received with wear marks, lens scratches, bent temples, or missing accessories may be declined or subject to a partial refund.

How to start a return

  1. Select “Start a Return” and provide your Order Number and email address.
  2. We’ll email a prepaid label (US orders) and an RMA number within 1 business day.
  3. Pack securely in original packaging, include all accessories, and write the RMA on the outside of the box.
  4. Drop off the parcel with the carrier indicated on your label.

International customers: please use a tracked, insured service at your cost and mark the shipment “Merchandise Return.” Duties and taxes paid to your local authority are not refunded by us.

Exchanges

Prefer a different color or style? Start a return and select “Exchange.” We’ll reserve your requested item (subject to availability). US exchange shipments and return labels are free for the first exchange.

Refunds

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll prioritize a replacement or issue a refund and provide a free return label where needed.

International returns

Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year, provided all other conditions are met.

Warranty support

Authentic Prada eyewear includes a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience a potential manufacturing issue, contact us with your order details and photos; we’ll guide you through the warranty process per the manufacturer’s terms.

How long do I have to return my sunglasses?

30 days from the date your package was delivered.

When will I receive my refund?

We typically process returns within 2–3 business days of receipt. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Are returns free?

For US orders, we can provide a prepaid label; a flat $7.95 is deducted from refunds. This fee is waived for exchanges and approved defective/incorrect items. International customers cover their return shipping.

Can I return prescription lenses?

Customized or prescription lenses are non‑returnable. Frames must be in new condition with all original packaging.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a free return label where applicable.
