Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility

• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Only items purchased directly from prada-sun-glasses.com are eligible; please contact the original retailer for all other purchases.
• Items must be in new, unworn condition with no scratches or adjustments, including:
  • Original Prada case, cleaning cloth, paperwork/cards and branded box
  • Any labels, stickers and protective films intact

Non‑returnable items

• Final sale or marked-down items noted as “Non‑returnable” at checkout
• Gift cards
• Items showing wear, damage, alterations or missing original components
• Custom services (e.g., prescription lenses or adjustments performed post‑purchase)

Condition guidelines

We encourage a careful at‑home try‑on. Please avoid removing protective films until you decide to keep your eyewear. Returns received with wear marks, lens scratches, bent temples, or missing accessories may be declined or subject to a partial refund.

How to start a return

1. Select “Start a Return” and provide your Order Number and email address.
2. We’ll email a prepaid label (US orders) and an RMA number within 1 business day.
3. Pack securely in original packaging, include all accessories, and write the RMA on the outside of the box.
4. Drop off the parcel with the carrier indicated on your label.

International customers: please use a tracked, insured service at your cost and mark the shipment “Merchandise Return.” Duties and taxes paid to your local authority are not refunded by us.

Exchanges

Prefer a different color or style? Start a return and select “Exchange.” We’ll reserve your requested item (subject to availability). US exchange shipments and return labels are free for the first exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (typically 2–3 business days after the package is received).
• Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable.
• US returns using our label: a flat $7.95 is deducted from refunds; fee is waived for exchanges or approved defective/incorrect items.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll prioritize a replacement or issue a refund and provide a free return label where needed.

International returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs forms and any import/export fees.
• Duties and taxes paid at delivery aren’t refundable by us. You may seek a refund from your local customs authority where applicable.

Holiday extended returns

Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year, provided all other conditions are met.

Warranty support

Authentic Prada eyewear includes a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience a potential manufacturing issue, contact us with your order details and photos; we’ll guide you through the warranty process per the manufacturer’s terms.

Packaging instructions

• Place eyewear inside the Prada case, then into the original box with cloth and cards.
• Use a sturdy outer shipping carton with cushioning. Do not ship in only the retail box.
• Remove old labels and clearly write your RMA on the outer carton.
